This new talk show on Star Plus is here to stay.Its already on my favrite list.With an excellent host in Farah Khan (Director and choreographer),the show is much more than the usual talk show.From the 2 episodes that I’ve seen,I can surely say that its going to grab in a lot TRPs.From funny one liners by celebs to naughty games,TMBM has every thing that a TV buff would ever pray.The show has already hosted big names like SRK,Salman Khan,Hrithik Roshan,Irfan & Yousuf Pathan,John Abraham,Asin among others.

But the show is not just about having fun-every episode is based on a special theme that has a social message in it.For example,this Saturday the show featured Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra(from Bareli) & Olympic Bronze medal winning Boxer Vijender Singh Beniwal(from Haryana),and the theme was ‘Chotte Shahar ke Jaane-Maane log’ (meaning small town success stories). Similarly,today’s show had Shilpa Shetty & Bipasha Basu and the theme was ‘Ghar ki betiyan’ (stressing upon how Girls are no less than Boys and such discriminations should be discouraged).

The ending session of the show named ‘Main hoon na’ is dedicated to taking up important social issues & spreading awreness through celebrity endorsements & charity.The celebs gift some of their belongings to the show which they auction for charity.
The concept is great & the freshness in the ideas that come up in the conversations are delightful(though sometimes they seem to well rehearsed).The think tank of the show should be given full marks for carefully choosing the celebrity guests & associating a theme that is very relevant in today’s scenario.

The show is a RedChillies production (yeah,you got it…its SRK’s company) & is aired on weekends at 9 pm.The show comes in as a ray of hope in these days of idiotic soaps and out of the world & stupid reality shows!

Hey. I’ve been seeing this show. This is what I think of it.
It’s a good show since it tries to highlight that side of famous people very little known. But the problem is they try to make it just like other shows that are there today; mainly involving the audience. If it were an interview with a difference like Koffee With Karan or Face To Face with yourself, that’s cool. Koffee With Karan was an awesome show. Wish one more season of that would come by: Karan Johar rocked in it.

@Arvind,
nice 2 hear fm u buddy.
its tru that Koffee with Karan[KWK] was a cool show but it never went outside the lines of pure entertainment…but TMBM tries to bring up social messages thru the show…though its not aimed at rebuilding the society or doing serios social transformations but unlike KWK & other talk shows of its ilk it tries to to do something from its side.
